A whole-person approach to wellbeing — helping you bring body and mind into balance, and build a healthier relationship with yourself and your life.
Not a checklist to complete in order — six interconnected dimensions of wellbeing that support one another.
Understand what your body needs and build realistic, balanced eating habits that fit your life.
Build strength, flexibility, mobility and body awareness through movement and yoga.
Create better routines around sleep, recovery, relaxation and daily rhythm.
Simple breathing and mindfulness practices that help you pause, regulate and reconnect.
Work with the emotional and behavioural patterns that shape your choices and health.
Your surroundings and relationships shape your wellbeing as much as any daily habit.
Founder, NutriFacts — Health & Wellness Coach
I believe everybody has a story. And every story deserves to be heard.
What drew me deeper into wellness was the realisation that the body and mind are never separate. What we experience emotionally can influence how we feel physically, and the way we care for our body can shape how we think, feel and live.
Nutrition, yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, stress management and lifestyle coaching became different doors into the same truth: the body and the mind are always communicating. We simply need to learn how to listen.
What began as a search for healing gradually became a deeper understanding of holistic wellness — and a belief that lasting wellbeing cannot come from addressing only one part of a person.
Today, I work with people who often come to me with a health concern, a symptom, a habit they want to change, or simply the feeling that something in their life is out of balance. But behind every concern is a person with a unique body, history, emotions, environment and way of living.
Two people can have the same health concern and need completely different approaches.
I believe in slowing down enough to understand the person behind the symptom, identify what may be influencing their wellbeing, and create changes that can genuinely become part of their life.
Listen before you prescribe.
Understand before you advise.
Personalise before you plan.
My work is about helping you understand your own body, build awareness, and make choices with greater confidence and less fear.
Because wellness is not about controlling your body into submission. It is about learning to work with it.
And perhaps the most meaningful transformation is not simply feeling healthier. It is reaching a place where you understand your body, trust its signals, and feel at home in it.
Small, consistent changes create bigger results than extreme routines that cannot be sustained. I don't believe in fear-based wellness, starvation diets or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in understanding the person first.
I don't begin with "here is your diet chart." I begin with "let's understand you." Every programme moves through the same six stages.
We look at your current lifestyle, routines, food habits, sleep, stress, movement, challenges and goals.
Together, we identify the patterns and lifestyle factors that may be standing between you and the wellbeing you want.
Your programme is designed around your needs, preferences, schedule and readiness for change.
You don't just receive information — you learn how to turn it into practical daily habits.
We assess what is working, what isn't, and what needs to change.
The goal isn't dependence on a programme — it's helping you build the awareness and habits to own your health.
Because two people with the same concern often need two very different paths forward.
Practical nutrition guidance designed around your lifestyle, food preferences, goals and health context.
Because knowing what to do is often not the same as doing it. We work on routines, consistency, behaviour patterns, stress, sleep, movement and everyday choices.
Yoga practices adapted to the individual's needs and capacity — movement, breath awareness, relaxation and mindfulness.
Simple, practical breathing practices you can bring into everyday life to support relaxation, awareness and stress management.
Guided practices to help develop greater awareness, mental clarity, emotional steadiness and the ability to pause before reacting.
Practical tools to manage stress, understand your emotional patterns, and respond to life's pressures with more steadiness.
Working on the everyday patterns that influence how we think, respond, communicate, cope and make choices.
You don't have to change everything at once. Whether you need clarity, a structured reset, or longer-term accountability — we choose the level of support that makes sense for you.
A focused consultation to understand your current concerns, lifestyle and wellness goals, and identify the right direction for you.
A focused one-month programme to help you understand your current patterns and begin building practical nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Space to move beyond information into implementation, consistency and behaviour change — integrating nutrition, lifestyle, movement, breathwork and stress management.
Continued guidance, accountability and refinement as you build a lifestyle that is genuinely sustainable for you.
Not sure which programme is right for you?
You don't need to figure it out alone. We'll understand where you are, where you want to go, and what level of support would be appropriate.

You may already know what you "should" be doing — eat better, sleep earlier, exercise, meditate, drink more water, reduce stress. The difficult part is making it all work together in real life. That's where coaching helps.
Because your lifestyle is not identical to someone else's.
Because a plan that cannot be followed is not a useful plan.
Because food, movement, sleep, stress and emotional wellbeing influence one another.
Because the goal is not a temporary transformation.
Because I want you to understand your health — not blindly follow instructions.
Because behind every health goal is a real person, with real responsibilities and emotions.
Real experiences from people and teams I've worked with.
I came in looking for a diet plan and left with something much bigger — a real understanding of how my sleep, stress and eating were all connected. My energy is completely different now.
Years of struggling with digestion and no clear answers — Indu was the first person to actually connect it to my stress and daily routine, not just what I was eating.
Our leadership team's stress-management session was the most engaged everyone has been in a wellness workshop — practical, honest, and genuinely useful for people with packed calendars.
Indu never made me feel judged about where I was starting from. Every habit we built felt doable, which is exactly why it's actually stuck this time.
Between hormonal issues and constant fatigue, I'd almost accepted feeling this way as normal. This programme showed me it didn't have to be.
As someone who travels constantly for work, I needed something realistic, not rigid. Indu built a plan around my actual life, and that's why it worked.
The breathwork and yoga sessions changed how I handle stress far more than I expected. I feel steadier, even on difficult days.
I had tried many ways to manage my diabetes, but it was Indu's guidance that first helped me understand it wasn't just about food — it was about my entire lifestyle.
No. We start with your current habits and build gradually — sustainable change, not extreme restriction.
Not at all. I work with people managing chronic conditions as well as those simply looking to feel more balanced and energetic day to day.
It varies by person and programme, but most clients notice changes in energy, sleep and digestion within the first few weeks.
